International Starch Institute A/S has its roots in the Danish potato starch industry. We have modernized, improved energy efficiency, minimized water consumption, and expanded production. Today, a single factory can extract and produce high-quality starch from 300 tons of potatoes per hour, non-stop around the clock throughout the entire potato harvest, and with a minimum of labor.
